Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 2025
This policy applies to services provided by FXE DIGITAL LTD. All invoices are issued in USD and payable via bank transfer.
Before work starts
Clients may cancel before work starts for a full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs (usually $0 unless stated in writing).
After work starts
If work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on documented hours or milestones not yet delivered. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
After deliverables
Once final deliverables are provided and approved, no refunds apply. We include a reasonable bug-fix window defined in the statement of work.
Cooling-off considerations
We primarily serve businesses. Where consumer rights apply, statutory cooling-off rights will be honoured unless work has already been expressly requested to begin within that period.
How to request a refund
Email info@fedigital.live with your project reference. We acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a clear status of work completed and any refundable balance.
Disputes and chargebacks
We cooperate with any dispute or chargeback investigation and supply documentation of scope, approvals, and delivery to reach a fair resolution.
